Process 1
Designed for maximum flexibility. The only fixed elements on the laboratory floor are the metal services ‘bollards’ which contain all the required laboratory services — power, data, telephone, gases, water and waste. Movable modular benches, workstations, sink benches and floor standing equipment can be arranged around the bollards.
Process 2
Designed for the flexibility of movable benches associated with fixed reagent shelving supported on a ‘services spine’
Process 3
Designed for wet laboratories with manual operations requiring a continuous work surface. The fixed benching is supported on a metal frame. Flexibility in the location of knee space, drawers and cupboards is provided by a range of movable modular under bench storage Laboratory services — power, data, telephone and gases are provided on ‘bench bollards’. Water and waste piping are installed below sink bowl level supported on metal leg.
Process 4
Designed for maximum flexibility where over bench reagent shelving may be required.
Process 5
Designed for laboratories which require the floor to be completely free of any fixtures. Power, gases and data are provided to movable benches and floor-standing equipment from overhead pendants.
Process 6
Designed for instrument laboratories where it is desirable to access the back of instruments or benches. The instrument benches are single-sided and are separated by a service access aisle of 600 — 750 width. Power and data points are located on a fascia behind each bench.
Process 7
Has a horizontal services duct but at a higher level, high enough to allow bench mounted instrumentation and equipment below it. Another feature of this system is more bench space than.
Process 8
With the increased user requirements for only power, data and few gases (if any) the servicing of movable benches can be achieved with ceiling mounted suspended bollards and reagent shelf assemblies. The laboratory floor is completely clear of any fixed furniture or services as water and waste are not required in what are called Dry Labs.
Process 9
This system is ideal for a user requirement of a large storage under the benches. As the double sided cabinet is fixed to the floor, it is possible to install sinks with water and waste lines supported on the bench framework.
Process 10
This system is ideal for a user requirement of moveable benches. As the double sided cabinet is fixed with the castor wheels, it is possible to move every corner of the lab supported on the bench framework.
Process 11
This system is ideal for a user requirement of non- moveable benches. Only bench framework, no bottom cabinets.
